Condo Courtyard

The front of this condo had no sense of geometry and the planting consisted of grass under the large tree which was doing poorly. We added a courtyard sitting area to create a sense of geometry that echoes the rectangularity of the building. The lawn was replaced and naturalized with shade plants that grow well under the tree canopy. The prior poor looking front lawn area has been transformed into a lush green attractive architectural courtyard that fits well into the upscale green neighbourhood of Rosedale in which the budding sits.
