Condo Entrance

Location
Yorkville, Toronto

This condo board hired Sander design to infuse the front with life and create a better sense of entry. Sander Design used a contemporary linear stone in the driveway and alternated a light stone with an occasional dark band to add flare. The same stone was used in the driveway and the entry to make the front look bigger and more elegant. Elegance was further enhanced by the use of custom stainless steel railings and planter boxes. Planting was incorporated into the front entry design to enhance this look and soften the hard material. Similar colors were used in the lobby to create a whole design experience. The dated and dull building front was dated now has an up to date elegant look suitable to the high end Yorkville neighbourhood in which the building sits, adds curb appeal and fosters resident pride and property value overall.
